The solution
Mono developed two interconnected systems: Internal Portal and Public Website. The implementation resulted in enhanced security through the separation of public and private servers, high availability ensured through load balancing and failover management, and data integrity maintained through a clustered PostgreSQL architecture.

Design
Mono designed the public website as well as building it.
It puts operational data first. The home page opens on the daily load diagram, comparing planned and actual load on the transmission network, with grid status, news, documents and procurement notices alongside it.
Inside the company, the work moved off paper and spreadsheets. Inspection forms for transformer stations became tablet screens, and inventory and warehouse tracking moved into mobile apps built for field teams.
